Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler is so easy to make with refrigerated cinnamon roll dough. The sweet peaches and vanilla icing make each serving delicious.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 3 quart baking dish or a 9X13 baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
In a bowl, stir together the peach slices, sugar, cornstarch and ground cinnamon. Then pour this mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Open the packages of cinnamon rolls and set the icing packs aside. Cut the rolls into four pieces.
Place them in an even layer on top of the peach in the baking dish. Cover the baking dish with foil. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and then bake for 20-25 more minutes or until the rolls are lightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven. Let it cool slightly and then drizzle the icing on top. Serve warm with ice cream (optional) and enjoy!
