DESSERTS ON A DIME
Rainbow Popsicles are loaded with healthy ingredients for a refreshing treat. Each layer is bright and vibrant with blended fruit.
Prep Time: 10 MinS
– Strawberries frozen – Mango frozen – Pineapple chunks frozen – Sliced Kiwi peeled and frozen – Blueberries frozen – Honey
FREEZE time: 6 HOURS
Ingredients
Blend each type of the frozen fruit with approximately 2 tsp of Honey.
Then using a spoon carefully add a layer of each fruit into the popsicles molds in this order: strawberries, mango, pineapple, kiwi and blueberries.
Then insert in the popsicle sticks and freezer for at least 6 hours but overnight is preferred.
Run warm water on the outside of the molds to loosen the popsicles from the molds. Then they are ready to enjoy!
This recipe is so easy and much healthier than ice cream. It is really easy to make and kids will love it.
