Sugar Cookie Dough

INGREDIENTS

PREP 

In a large bowl, beat together the cheesecake layer ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Take half of the cookie dough and press it into the bottom of the pan to create the crust of the cheesecake bars.

MAKE CRUST

MIX SUGAR

 In a bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar for the crust and topping.  Sprinkle on top of the cookie dough in the baking pan.

Sprinkle half this mixture on top of the cookie dough in the baking pan. Then spread the cream cheese mixture on top.

SPREAD 

FROSTING

Then drop pieces of the remaining sugar cookie dough on top of the cheesecake layer randomly.  Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture evenly on top.

Then bake for 35-40 minutes until the top of the cheesecake bars are a light golden brown color and the center is set.

SERVE

Allow the cheesecake bars to cool completely at room temperature and then chill in the refrigerator before cutting and serving.
