Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies

This classic Toll House Chocolate chip cookie recipe does not disappoint. The cookies are soft and each bite is gooey and delicious.

Ingredients

– Light Brown Sugar – Butter – Vanilla Extract – All Purpose Flour – Baking Soda – Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

COMBINE 

Preheat oven to 375F. In a large bowl, beat together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy with a stand up mixer or hand held mixer.

ADD 

Then mix in the eggs and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda and baking powder.

MIX

Then gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture.  Mix on a low speed until just combined.  Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts.

BAKE

Place the dough onto a baking sheet using a cookie scoop. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are slightly golden brown around the edges.

SERVE

Let the cookies set on the baking sheet for 5 minutes and then move the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
