Instructions
Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
Coat each of the banana slices with the melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture on top.
Place the bananas in an air fryer making sure that they do not overlap.
Air fry at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown (flipping the bananas halfway through the cook time).
Serve warm as is or topped with ice and enjoy!
Notes
These are best served fresh as the leftover bananas will get mushy when they are stored.
