Ingredients

  • 1 bag Milk Chocolate Chips 12 oz bag
  • 1 bag Butterscotch Chips 12 oz bag
  • 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 12 ounces Chow Mein Noodles
  • 1 bag Cadbury Mini Eggs

Instructions

  • Place the milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and creamy peanut butter in a microwave safe large mixing bowl.  Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chips are melted and smooth.  Be careful not to over heat or the chocolate could burn.
  • Then add in the chow mein noodles and stir until they are coated with the chocolate mixture.
  • Spoon the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper or wax paper in approximately 2 Tablespoons size balls.  Then shape each one into a nest shape and top each one with 3 candy eggs.
  • Let the nests sit at room temperature until they are set (approximately 30-60 minutes).  Then they are ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store the leftover cookies in an airtight container or ziplock bag at room temperature for up to 5 days.
