Cake Mix Christmas Cookies

Christmas cake mix cookies make an easy and festive treat with only 4 ingredients. They are so light and fluffy for the perfect dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 white cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup Red and Green Christmas Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix the cake mix, eggs, oil and 1/4 cup of the Christmas Sprinkles together in a large bowl. (Batter will be thick).
  • Use a cookie scoop to scoop out the cookies, roll the cookie dough balls in the remaining sprinkles and place on cookie sheets leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cookies brown SLIGHTLY on the edges.
  • Allow to cool on the cookie sheet for approximately 5 minutes and then move to wire racks to cool completely.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
