Ingredients

For the Dip:

  • 11 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 16 ounces full-fat cream cheese softened and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Optional Topping:

  • Crushed graham crackers

For Dipping:

  • Graham crackers
  • Strawberries
  • Apple slices
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Cookies
  • Marshmallows

Instructions

  • Bring the 16 ounces full fat cream cheese to room temperature. Beat or whisk until completely smooth and lump-free. For best results, you can warm it slightly in the microwave in short intervals to make it extra soft.
  • In a double boiler or heatproof bowl set over simmering water, melt 11 ounces white chocolate chips with 4 tablespoons butter, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
  • Stir frequently until the white chocolate chips and butter are just melted and smooth, being careful not to overheat.
  • Gradually add the melted white chocolate mixture into the cream cheese, a little at a time, stirring continuously until fully incorporated and smooth.
  • Continue stirring over low heat until the cream cheese is completely melted and the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  • Stir in 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. Mix until the dip is silky and evenly blended.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl or keep warm in a fondue pot. If desired, sprinkle the top with crushed graham crackers. Serve immediately with graham crackers, fresh fruit, cookies, or marshmallows. Enjoy!

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened before adding to prevent lumps.
Keep the heat low and gentle throughout the process.
If the dip thickens too much, stir in 1–2 tablespoons of warm milk until the desired consistency is reached.
For extra smoothness, you may beat the cream cheese separately before incorporating it into the melted chocolate mixture.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat gently in 15–20 second microwave intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and warmed through.
