Cherry Pineapple Popsicles is a delicious and healthy treat that cools you off on a warm day. Start with fresh or frozen fruit to make homemade popsicles.
2 1/2cupsFrozen Pineapplethawed - approximately 10 ounces
1/2cupWaterdivided
2TbspHoneydivided
1Lemon juiceddivided

Remove all the pits from the cherries.
Place the cherries and half of the water, honey and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until the mixture is combined and smooth.
Pour the mixture into a measuring cup or glass container. Set aside.
Rinse the blender and then place the pineapple and remaining water, honey and lemon juice in the blender. Blend until the mixture is combined and smooth.
Alternate pouring the cherry mixture and pineapple mixture into a popsicle mold to get an alternating pattern and add popsicle sticks.
Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for 4-6 hours or until the popsicles are fully frozen (overnight works great too).
When you are ready to serve, run warm water on the outside of the molds to loosen the popsicles from the molds.
Then they are ready to enjoy!
Notes
Keep the popsicles in the molds in the freeze until you are ready to enjoy them. They will last for 2-3 months in the freezer.
