Ingredients

  • 1 pound Cherries
  • 2 1/2 cups Frozen Pineapple thawed - approximately 10 ounces
  • 1/2 cup Water divided
  • 2 Tbsp Honey divided
  • 1 Lemon juiced divided

Instructions

  • Remove all the pits from the cherries.
  • Place the cherries and half of the water, honey and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until the mixture is combined and smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a measuring cup or glass container.  Set aside.
  • Rinse the blender and then place the pineapple and remaining water, honey and lemon juice in the blender.  Blend until the mixture is combined and smooth.
  • Alternate pouring the cherry mixture and pineapple mixture into a popsicle mold to get an alternating pattern and add popsicle sticks.
  • Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for 4-6 hours or until the popsicles are fully frozen (overnight works great too).
  • When you are ready to serve, run warm water on the outside of the molds to loosen the popsicles from the molds.
  • Then they are ready to enjoy!

Notes

Keep the popsicles in the molds in the freeze until you are ready to enjoy them.  They will last for 2-3 months in the freezer.
