Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese ($1.78), softened
  • ½ cup butter ($0.86), softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar ($0.33), sifted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract ($0.44)
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips ($2.44)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat 8 oz softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add 1/2 cup softened butter and beat until fully combined and fluffy.
  • Add 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, cover, and chill for at least 1 hour, or until firm and scoopable. Serve with your favorite dippers.

Notes

Serve with fresh fruit, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels, or animal crackers.
