Ingredients

  • 40 Saltine Crackers just over a sleeve
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed Brown Sugar
  • 11.5 oz package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Christmas Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Line a jelly roll pan with foil. Spray with a non-stick cooking spray.
  • Arrange 40 saltine crackers (about one sleeve) in a single layer on the prepared pan.
  • In a saucepan, melt 1 cup butter over low-medium heat. Add 1 cup packed brown sugar and stir until fully combined. Bring to a boil and continue boiling for 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and immediately pour the mixture evenly over the crackers, covering completely.
  • Bake for 4–5 minutes until the mixture is bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle 11.5 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes to melt, then spread the chocolate evenly with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles if desired.
  • Refrigerate until hardened.
  • Then break into pieces and serve.
