- 1 13.25-ounce Devil’s Food cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the Devil’s Food cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until the dough is smooth and well combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips by hand until they’re evenly mixed throughout the dough.
Use a 1.5-tablespoon cookie scoop to portion the dough and place each scoop about 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cookies look set.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2–3 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Store the cooled cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4–5 days.
To keep them extra soft, place a slice of bread in the container (replace as it dries out).
For longer storage, freeze the cookies in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
