Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • 1 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Flour

Instructions

  • Pour all the ingredients into a large sauce pan.
  • Whisk them together and heat over high heat. Bring the mixture to a boil.  Heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then remove from the heat to cool slightly.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert the popsicle stick and freeze until set (4-6 hours).

Notes

The cream makes these popsicles more creamy but you can use all milk instead if you prefer. 
The Popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
