- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 1 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Water
- 3 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Flour
Get Recipe Ingredients
Pour all the ingredients into a large sauce pan.
Whisk them together and heat over high heat. Bring the mixture to a boil. Heat for 2-3 minutes.
Then remove from the heat to cool slightly.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert the popsicle stick and freeze until set (4-6 hours).
The cream makes these popsicles more creamy but you can use all milk instead if you prefer.
The Popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
