- Crust:
- 3 cups 20 graham crackers
- 12 tablespoons 1 ¼ sticks unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Filling:
- 2 blocks 8 oz each cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
