Heat a medium sauce pan over medium heat, cook the apples, butter, sugars, cinnamon and salt for approximately 8-12 minutes until the apples are softened.
Then increase the heat to medium high. Mix the cornstarch into the water and stir this mixture into the apple mixture to thicken the sauce. Remove the apple mixture from the heat.
Then on a lightly flour surface, flatten out each biscuit.
Place the apple mixture evenly onto each flatten biscuit.
Then fold the biscuit over to form a half moon shape and press the edges together gently with a fork to seal the edges.
Then heat 3" of oil in a pan over medium high heat (the oil should be 350-375 degrees F). Fry the apple pies in batch for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
Remove the pies from the oil and place on a paper towel lined plate.
Allow the pies too cool for 10-15 minutes.
Then mix together the glaze ingredients.
Brush the glaze over the top of the fried pies and then serve. Note: You'll want the pies to still be warm when applying the glaze. You can drizzle the glaze, brush it on or dip the pies in the glaze if you prefer.
