Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter Melted
  • 3 Tablespoons Almond Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Swerve Granular Sweetener
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Add 1 tablespoon melted butter, 3 tablespoons almond flour, 2 tablespoons Swerve granular sweetener, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 beaten egg, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract to a microwave-safe mug. Stir with a fork until the batter is smooth and fully combined.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of the sugar free chocolate chips over the top of the batter. Do not stir them in, as they will sink into the cake as it cooks.
  • Microwave on high for 90 seconds, or until the cake is set in the center.
  • Remove the mug from the microwave and immediately top with the remaining 1/2 tablespoon sugar free chocolate chips.
  • Serve warm and enjoy straight from the mug.
