- 1 Tablespoon Butter Melted
- 3 Tablespoons Almond Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Swerve Granular Sweetener
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add 1 tablespoon melted butter, 3 tablespoons almond flour, 2 tablespoons Swerve granular sweetener, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 beaten egg, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract to a microwave-safe mug. Stir with a fork until the batter is smooth and fully combined.
Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of the sugar free chocolate chips over the top of the batter. Do not stir them in, as they will sink into the cake as it cooks.
