Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter Melted
  • 3 Tablespoons Almond Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Swerve Granular Sweetener
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredient except the chocolate chips in a mug.
  • Stir with a fork until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Place 1/2 of the chocolate chips on top of the batter in the cup but do not mix in as they will sink to the bottom as it cooks.
  • Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
  • Top with the remaining chocolate chips!
  • Enjoy and eat right out of the mug! Yummy!
