Instructions
Place approximately 11 to 12 graham cracker sheets in a food processor and pulse until you have 1 1/2 cups fine graham cracker crumbs.
Transfer the crumbs to a medium mixing bowl. Add 1/3 cup granulated sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt (omit the salt if using salted butter) and stir to combine.
Pour 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter over the crumb mixture and stir until all of the crumbs are evenly coated.
Firmly press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
Refrigerate the crust for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, 3/4 cup thawed frozen lemonade concentrate, and 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon zest until smooth.
Gently fold in 1 container (8 ounces) thawed whipped topping until fully combined.
Spoon the filling into the chilled graham cracker crust and spread it into an even layer.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until the pie is completely set.
Slice and serve chilled. Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
