Ingredients

  • 44 Oreo cookies divided
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar divided
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place a metal mixing bowl in the fridge or freezer to chill for whipping the 1 cup heavy cream.
  • Pulse 28 Oreo cookies in a food processor into coarse crumbs. Add 5 tablespoons melted unsalted butter and pulse until evenly moistened. Press firmly into an even layer in a 9×9-inch dish. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, beat 16 oz softened cream cheese with 1 tablespoon powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy, about 2–4 minutes. Set aside.
  • In the chilled bowl, beat 1 cup heavy cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Crush 8 Oreo cookies and fold them into the filling.
  • Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  • Crush the remaining 8 Oreo cookies and sprinkle them over the top before serving.
  • Cut into 16 bars and serve chilled.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese: This gives the filling the best flavor and structure. Low-fat versions can make the bars softer and less rich.
Store the bars covered in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days.
Keep them in an airtight container or tightly covered with plastic wrap to prevent them from drying out.
