For the Brownies:

Instructions
For the Brownies:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9X13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Beat together the butter and sugar with a hand held mixer or stand up mixer until light and fluffy. Mix in the eggs and orange zest until combined.
Turn the mixer speed down to low and add in the flour and salt. Mix until just combined.
Pour the batter evenly into the baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minute until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely at room temperature before topping with the frosting.
For the Frosting:
Beat together the cream cheese and butter with a hand held mixer or stand up mixer until smooth and combined.
Add in the orange zest and powdered sugar. Mix until incorporated.
Slowly mix in the orange juice until the frosting is the desired taste and consistency that you prefer.
Spread the frosting on top of the cooled brownies. Cut the brownies into squares and serve! Enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days.
