Ingredients

  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 large Egg room temperature
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/3 cup Fat Free Milk
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9X5 inch loaf pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • Add in the egg, milk and peanut butter and blend with a hand held mixer until combined and smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes and then turn the bread out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Once the bread has cooled, it’s ready to slice, serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftover bread in an airtight container or bag at room temperature for up to 4-5 days.
