Red Velvet Cake Mix Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 2 Tablespoon Water if needed
  • 1 tsp vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spray an 8X8 Baking pan with non-stick spray.
  • Combine all the ingredients except for the white chocolate chips in a mixing bowl.  Stir together by hand.  The batter will be thick.  Add the water if you are unable to get the cake mix to combine fully with the melted butter and egg.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.  Edges will be firm.
  • Let the brownies cool completely and then slice and enjoy!
