Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 pkg Oreo Cookies 14.5 oz (regular Oreos)
  • 16 oz Vanilla Almond Bark
  • 36 Mini Oreo Cookies
  • Orange Decorating Icing
  • Black Decorating Icing

Instructions

  • Line a cutting board or baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Finely crush Oreos in the food processor.
  • Combine cream cheese and crushed cookies until well blended.
  • Form mixture into 1″ balls and place on a prepared sheet.
  • Place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat the almond bark by microwaving for 1 minute stirring and repeating until melted.
  • Using a fork, dip each ball into the almond bark to completely coat. Shake off excess and return to the baking sheet.
  • Gently place the mini Oreos on the Oreo Balls before the almond bark cools to get them to stay.
  • Allow the almond bark to set.
  • Then decorate the Oreo balls with the black and orange icing.  Use dots to create the snowman eyes and mouth and use the Orange icing to draw a line for the nose to look like a carrot on the Oreo balls.
  • Allow the icing to set and then the Oreo balls are ready to enjoy!

Notes

Store the leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. If you live in a humid area, store them in the refrigerator to keep them from melting.
