- 1 pkg Strawberry Jell-O 3 ounces
- 1 1/4 cups Boiling Water
- 1 pound Frozen Sliced Strawberries
- 1 Angel Food Cake diced into 1 inch pieces
- 16 ounces Cool Whip thawed, divided
Get Recipe Ingredients
Bring the water to a boil and stir in the jell-O mix. Move the mixture to a large mixing bowl (allow it to cool) and stir in the frozen sliced strawberries.
Gently stir in the 1/2 of the cool whip and the diced angel food pieces.
Pour the mixture into a 9X13 baking pan.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
When serving, top with the remaining Cool whip.
Serve topped with fresh strawberries and enjoy!
You can easily use a store bought or homemade angel food cake for this recipe.
