Lemon Dump Cake is super easy with 4 ingredients. Each bite is bursting with lemon flavor.
Prep Time: 10 Min
– Lemon Pie Filling – Yellow Box Cake Mix – Cream Cheese – Butter, cut into thin slices – Cool Whip
COOK time: 35 MINS
Ingredients
Spread the lemon pie filling in the pan. Sprinkle half of the dry cake mix on top of the lemon pie filling.
Next, put cream cheese pieces on top of the pie filling.
Top with the rest of the cake mix. Add the butter in a single layer all over the top. Try to cover as much as the cake as possible.
Bake the cake and that is it! It normally takes between 35-40 minutes but oven times can vary.
Let the cake cool a few minutes and enjoy. You can even top with lemon zest.
Lemon Dump Cake can be made up to 2 days in advance. Just refrigerate after baking and cooled to room temperature.
You can also add some lemon curd for extra lemon flavor
