Candy Corn Cookies Recipe

Start your Fall baking with this Candy corn cookies recipe. Soft and fluffy sugar cookies are so amazing and even more delicious with candy corn!

Ingredients

– 1 cup butter softened – 1/2 cup Sugar – 1/2 cup Brown Sugar – 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract – 2 eggs – 2 1/4 cups Flour

MIX INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven to 350F. Blend the butter with both sugars and vanilla extract with a hand held mixer.

ADD WET INGREDIENTS

Add in the eggs blending between each one. Then stir in by hand the flour, baking soda and salt. Do not over mix.

BAKE

Drop the dough onto cookie sheets in approximately 1 tablespoon. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

ADD CANDY CORNS

Remove the cookies from the oven and place 2-3 pieces of candy corn on each cookie. Slightly press the candy corns into the cookies.

COOL COOKIES

Bake for 1-2 minutes to set the candy corn. Remove them from the oven, allow the cookies to cool on the cookie sheets.

SERVE

Serve and enjoy! Our kids loved this and begged for more. They are really so delicious!

quick tips

Keep an eye on the cookies especially once you put them back in the oven with the candy corn.

Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet before transferring
