DESSERTS ON A DIME
You have to try this old fashioned Butterscotch cookies recipe. Each bite is soft and chewy for the best cookie. The entire recipe is so simple and easy.
Butter Softened
Sugar
Brown Sugar
Vanilla Extract

Cream together the butter with both of the sugars and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Then add in the eggs
Then stir in by hand the flour, baking soda and salt. Be careful not to over mix. Now gently fold in the butterscotch chips.
Drop the dough onto cookie sheets in approximately 1 tablespoon and ensure that they are 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cookies are slightly golden brown.
Remove them from the oven. Let the cookies to cool on the cookie sheets for approximately 5 minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve and enjoy! Each bite is so soft and chewy
