DESSERTS ON A DIME
Chocolate cobbler recipe will melt in your mouth and only takes a few simple ingredients to make. Top this delicious recipe with ice cream for an amazing dessert.
1 cup Butter
2 1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup Milk
1 1/2 cup Self Rising Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
6 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

Preheat the oven to 350F. – Melt the butter and place it in the baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, milk and vanilla. Stir.
Pour this batter over the butter in the 9X13 baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly if needed.
Then in a small bowl, whisk the cocoa powder and the remaining cup of sugar.
Sprinkle the tablespoons of cocoa and sugar mixtures on top of the batter. Do not stir this into the other ingredients.
Boil the water and pour water over the top of the other ingredients in the pan.
Bake uncovered until the top is golden brown or for about 40 minutes.
