In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, and mix
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cloves.
Gradually add flour mixture to wet ingredients until well combined. Stir in oats and raisins
Drop dough balls by tablespoon or cookie dough scoop onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden.
Remove from oven to cooling rack. Store in airtight container.
