Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies

Enjoy gooey Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies in less than 10 minutes in the air fryer. It is the perfect way to make a small batch of cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter softened at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl beat (with a stand up mixer or hand mixer), the butter and both sugars.  Mix on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is creamy.
  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl and then add in the eggs and vanilla.  Continue mixing until thoroughly combined.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt.
  • Then mix the bowl of dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.  We recommend mixing this by hand so that the mixture does not get over mixed.
  • Next gently stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Use a cookie scoop or spoon to shape the cookie dough into balls.  Place the cookie dough in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper. Make sure to leave approximately 1 inch in between each cookie dough ball.
  • Air fry at 300 degrees F for 7-8 minutes until the cookies are golden brown.
  • Let the cookies cool in the air fryer basket for 1-2 minutes and then move the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store the leftover cookies in an airtight container or bag at room temperature for up to 1 week.  Keep a piece of bread in the container with the cookie to keep them soft.
