Air fryer donuts

Air Fryer Donuts recipe takes only 5 minutes, and you can enjoy light and fluffy donuts anytime you want. Skip the bakery and make these decadent treats at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Jumbo Flakey Biscuits 8 count
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp Butter Melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit.  If your air fryer does not have a preheat option, turn your air fryer to the 360 degrees Fahrenheit option and let it run for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Open the biscuits and cut out the center of each biscuit.  Using a 1 inch cutter or an apple corer. 
  • Coat the air fryer basket with olive oil (do not use a non-stick cooking spray as those could damage your air fryer).
  • Place the donuts in the air fryer and cook for 4 minutes. 
  • While the donuts are cooking, combine the cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl and melt the butter in a separate bowl.
  • Remove the donuts after the cooking time, use a basting brush to coat the donuts with the melted butter. 
  • Then top with the cinnamon sugar mixture (make sure to get the bottoms and the sides of the donuts).
  • Serve immediately while they’re still warm and enjoy!

Notes

To air fry the donut holes, place the donut holes in the air fryer basket and cook at 360 degrees F for 2 minutes.  Then follow the same process with the melted butter and the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
