Pat the peach slices with paper towels to soak up the extra moisture.
Place the peach slices in a mixing bowl. Add in the remaining filling ingredients and stir to coat the peaches with the mixture.
Spray 4 ramekins or any small oven safe bowls with a non-stick cooking spray. Evenly spoon the peach mixture into each of the bowls.
In a separate bowl, stir together the topping ingredients until a crumbly dough is formed. Then evenly spoon this mixture on top of the peaches.
Place the ramekins directly in the air fryer and air fryer at 330 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-18 minutes until the toppings on the peach cobbler is browned. Check the cobblers after 10 minutes and continue to check every 2-3 minutes until the topping is browned.
Remove the cobblers from the air fryer. Let them rest for 5-10 minutes to fully set and then they are ready to serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
