We usually make classic peach cobbler in a baking dish, but making it in the air fryer has now become my favorite. The combination of the peaches with the cinnamon mixture and the crisp topping makes it a family favorite dessert.

Why Make this Peach Cobbler

This fresh fruit peach cobbler is loaded with flavor and made with simple ingredients. This dessert is perfect to serve all year long, but even better during peach season. Because of the flavor and natural sweetness this is the perfect summer dessert.

This cobbler is best served with a scoop of No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream or Homemade Whipped Cream Recipe. The scoop of vanilla ice cream melts into the cobbler to make a rich and decadent dessert.

Ingredients

Peaches, brown sugar, vanilla, cornstarch, cinnamon, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, butter

Filling

  • Peaches. Fresh peaches that are peeled and sliced.
  • Brown Sugar. Homemade Brown Sugar Recipe is simple to make.
  • Vanilla Extract. Use pure vanilla extract.

Biscuit Topping

  • All Purpose Flour. Scoop the flour into a measuring scoop for more accurate measurements.
  • Unsalted Melted Butter. Make sure to buy unsalted and to use real butter.

Variations Ideas

  • Change the Fruit – Feel free to change the fruit to what you prefer. You can even use frozen fruit by adding in raspberries, strawberries or blueberries.
  • Baking Dish – We made this cobbler with in 4 individual servings. But if you have an baking dish that will fit in your air fryer, you can one large cobbler.
  • Add Ins – Feel free to customize the peach pie filling to what you prefer. You can add in shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and more.

How to Make Peach Cobbler in the Air Fryer

Step 1 – Place the juicy peach slices in a medium bowl.  Add in the remaining filling ingredients and stir to coat the peaches with the mixture.

Step 2 – Evenly spoon the peach mixture into each of the bowls.

Step 3 – In a separate bowl, stir together the topping ingredients until a crumbly dough is formed.

Step 4 – Then evenly spoon this mixture on top of the peaches and then place in Air Fryer.

Recipe Tips

  • Peaches – In this recipe, we recommend using fresh peaches for the best flavor. Prepare the peaches by peeling and slicing them. Make sure to pat the peaches dry to prevent any extra moisture.
  • Coating Peaches – Make sure to coat the slice peaches in the cinnamon mixture. This ensures every bit has the best flavor.
  • Prepare Ramekins – Spray the ramekins with cooking spray for easy clean up and serving the peach cobbler.
  • Evenly Divide Mixture – This recipe serves 4 but it will be depend on the size of dishes that you use. Evenly divide the mixture into each ramekins so the peach mixture doesn’t spill over.
  • Cooking Cobbler – Cook the air fryer cobbler until it has turned golden brown. Cooking times will vary so you may need to check periodically until cooked.
  • Rest Cobbler – After removing the cobblers from the air fryer, allow them to rest. This allows the cobbler to set to serve with vanilla ice cream.

Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Instructions

  • Pat the peach slices with paper towels to soak up the extra moisture.
  • Place the peach slices in a mixing bowl.  Add in the remaining filling ingredients and stir to coat the peaches with the mixture.
  • Spray 4 ramekins or any small oven safe bowls with a non-stick cooking spray.  Evenly spoon the peach mixture into each of the bowls.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together the topping ingredients until a crumbly dough is formed.  Then evenly spoon this mixture on top of the peaches.
  • Place the ramekins directly in the air fryer and air fryer at 330 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-18 minutes until the toppings on the peach cobbler is browned.  Check the cobblers after 10 minutes and continue to check every 2-3 minutes until the topping is browned.
  • Remove the cobblers from the air fryer.  Let them rest for 5-10 minutes to fully set and then they are ready to serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
