  • ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 Package of Banana Cream Instant Pudding Mix 3.4 oz box (just the mix do not prepare based on the box instructions)

  • 2 ¼ cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1 cup Broken Up Nilla Wafers

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Beat the butter and both sugars together in a large bowl with a stand up mixer or hand held mixer until the mixture is creamy and light.
  • Then add in the pudding mix, eggs and vanilla extract.  Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
  • Then gradually add the flour mixture into the egg mixture until just combined.  Be careful not to over mix.
  • Then gently stir in the white chocolate chips and Nilla wafers into the cookie batter by hand.
