- 1 cup Unsalted Butter softened
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 Package of Banana Cream Instant Pudding Mix 3.4 oz box (just the mix do not prepare based on the box instructions)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 ¼ cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips plus more for decorating
- 1 cup Broken Up Nilla Wafers

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat the butter and both sugars together in a large bowl with a stand up mixer or hand held mixer until the mixture is creamy and light.
Then add in the pudding mix, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
Then gradually add the flour mixture into the egg mixture until just combined. Be careful not to over mix.
Then gently stir in the white chocolate chips and Nilla wafers into the cookie batter by hand.
Drop the cookie dough by rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are slightly golden brown around the edges.
Remove the cookies from the oven. Press a few additional white chocolate chips into the tops of the cookies while they are warm. Let them sit on the baking sheets for 5 minutes and then transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
