Instructions
In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a simmer and whisk in sugar until completely dissolved.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Pour the mixture into a blender and add in the remaining water and blueberries. You may have to work in batches depending on the size of your blender.
Carefully pour the mixture into the popsicle mold.
Freeze for 5 hours or overnight.
When you are ready to serve, run warm water on the outside of the molds to loosen the popsicles from the molds.
Notes
Store the leftover popsicles in their molds for up to six weeks.
