- 2 cups Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt

Blend the blueberries with the sugar in a blender or food processor until combined and thoroughly blended (smoothie like consistency).
Add the yogurt to a large bowl. Pour the blueberry mixture into the bowl and gently mix it together but do not thoroughly combine it together so that the mixture has a swirl pattern (you want there to be some white parts and some blue parts).
Pour the mixture evenly into the popsicle molds and add the popsicle sticks.
Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for 4-6 hours or until the popsicles are fully frozen (overnight works great too).
When you are ready to serve, run warm water on the outside of the molds to loosen the popsicles from the molds.
Then they are ready to enjoy!
These homemade popsicles will last for 6 weeks in the freezer. I recommend storing them in the molds.
This recipe can also easily be made with any flavor of yogurt that you prefer and regular vanilla yogurt would work great too.
