  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Cut the bread diagonally and layer in baking dish.
  • Lightly brush the bread slices with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle the raisins over the bread and then sprinkle with brown sugar.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until blended. Add the milk, cream, vanilla and cinnamon. Then whisk until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the custard evenly over the layered bread.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set. It should still be slightly wobbly when tested with a knife or toothpick.
  • Finish with a dusting of powdered sugar and serve warm. Enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerator: Allow the bread pudding to cool completely, then cover tightly with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
