Ingredients

  • 4 boxes Jello 3 oz each (I used pineapple, cherry, orange and lime but you can use any flavors you prefer)
  • 4 Cups Boiling Water
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin 0.25 ounces each
  • 2 Cups Hot Water
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk

Instructions

  • Prepare each flavor of jello with 1 cup of boiling water per flavor in a separate container. Each container should be shallow and about 1 inch deep.
  • Place in the refrigerator until the Jello solidifies. This will take 3-4 hours.
  • Once solid, cut each flavor of jello into small square cubes.
  • Place the Jello cubes into the 9X13 baking dish. Mix the cubes together so the same flavors are not altogether. Spread into an even layer and be careful that you don't break the Jello cubes.
  • Dissolve the 2 unflavored gelatin packets in 2 cups of hot water in a mixing. Allow to cool 1-2 minutes and then stir in the sweetened condensed milk.
  • Allow the mixture to cool to the touch so that it does not melt the jello. Once cool, pour the mixture over the jello cubes in the 9x13 pan.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Cover and store up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
This recipe is not recommended for freezing.
