Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a small saucepan.
  • Bring the mixture to a low simmer over medium high heat.  Stir and heat until the brown sugar dissolves.
  • Then reduce the heat to low and simmer on low for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Remove the pot from heat.  Let it cool for a few minutes and then move it to a glass bottle, jar or container.
  • Refrigerate use in your favorite coffee drinks and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate this syrup in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
