Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together in a small saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a low simmer over medium high heat. Stir and heat until the brown sugar dissolves.
Then reduce the heat to low and simmer on low for approximately 5 minutes.
Remove the pot from heat. Let it cool for a few minutes and then move it to a glass bottle, jar or container.
