In a large bowl, stir together the brownie mix, flour, eggs and vegetable oil until combined with a wooden or plastic spoon. The batter will be thick and difficult to mix.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough out of the ball and then roll the cookie in the powdered sugar.
Place the cookie dough rolled in the sugar on baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges of the cookies are just set.
Allow the cookies to sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes to fully set then move the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
