Cannoli Dip

Enjoy this no bake Cannoli dip recipe for a sweet treat any day of the week. This recipe turns a classic cannoli into a dip that is so easy.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • 1 cup Ricotta
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chops

Instructions

  • Mix together the cream cheese, ricotta and powdered sugar together with a hand held mixer or stand up mixer for 3-5 minutes until well combined.  Then add in the vanilla extract and mix until combined (1-2 minutes).
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and serve with broken waffle cones or graham crackers.  Enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5-7 days.
