For the Filling:
- 6 Large Baking Apples peeled, cored and cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
- 1 Small Lemon juiced
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
For the Caramel:
- 1 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce divided
For the Topping:
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Butter melted
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9X13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Add the filling ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Toss to thoroughly combine all the ingredients.
Pour in 1 cup of the caramel sauce and toss to coat the apples in the caramel.
Then pour the mixture into the baking dish.
For the topping, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in a mixing bowl.
Stir in the milk and melted butter until just combined. Do not over mix.
Pour the topping mixture over the apples in the baking pan.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cobbler to sit for 15-20 minutes and then serve topped with ice cream and the remaining caramel sauce. Enjoy!
