Cherry Mango Popsicles

Cherry Mango Popsicles have layers of cherry and mangos that combine for a gorgeous treat. It is so light and refreshing.

  • If making layered color popsicles: Add mango chunks, and half the lime juice and sugar to the blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour the mango mixture into the popsicle molds filling them up about half way through.
  • Then place the cherries with the remaining lime juice and sugar in the blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour this cherry on top of the frozen mango mixture in the popsicle molds, add the popsicle sticks and then freezer for at least 4 hours.
  • Then they are ready to serve.
  • To make single color popsicles: Simply blend all of the ingredients together in the blender to make a single color popsicle.
