Cherry Popsicles

Homemade Cherry Popsicles with only 4 ingredients taste incredible. This frozen treat is sweet and refreshing all year long.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Cherries
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Lemon juiced

Instructions

  • Remove all the pits from the cherries.
  • Place the cherries and all of the other ingredients in a food processor or a blender.  Blend until the mixture is combined and smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold and add popsicle sticks.
  • Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for 4-6 hours or until the popsicles are fully frozen (overnight works great too).
  • When you are ready to serve, run warm water on the outside of the molds to loosen the popsicles from the molds.
  • Then they are ready to enjoy!

Notes

Keep the popsicles in the molds in the freeze until you are ready to enjoy them.  They will last for 2-3 months in the freezer.
