Instructions
Whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch and salt in a medium saucepan.
Whisk in milk and bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Allow to gently boil for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
Allow the mixture to come to room temperature completely (stir it occasionally to keep it from forming on top of the pudding).
Chill the pudding. Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
