Frequently Asked Questions
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Put a piece of plastic wrap directly on the pudding to prevent a skin from forming on the surface of the pudding while in the refrigerator.
The texture changes once frozen. I do not suggest freezing the pudding.
Tips for Success
- Don’t use high heat. The milk will scorch and burn if high heat is used. It is best to use medium-low heat or medium-high heat.
- Continuously stir. Make sure to stir the mixture constantly while it comes to a boil.
- Whole Milk is best. The taste of the pudding will be richer if you use whole milk.
