  • 1 package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (11.5 ounces)
  • 1 cup Red and Green M&Ms
  • 2 Tablespoons Red and Green Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
  • Line a jelly roll pan with foil. Spray with a non-stick cooking spray.
  • Fill the bottom of the baking sheet with graham crackers. Set the pan aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over low-medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar.  Bring to a boil and continue boiling for 3 minutes.
  • Immediately remove from heat and pour bubbly mixture over crackers covering the crackers completely.
  • Place the pan in the oven for 4-5 minutes, or just until the edges of brown sugar mixture gets bubbly.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the crackers.
  • Allow the crackers to sit for 5 minutes to melt the chocolate. Then use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate over the cracker layer evenly.
  • Sprinkle the M&Ms and sprinkles on top.
  • Place the pan in the refrigerator to allow the bark to harden.
  • Then remove the bark from the pan and break it apart. Enjoy!

Notes

Store the leftover bark in a ziplock bag in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.  Place parchment paper in between the single layers so they don’t stick to each other.
