Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9X5 loaf pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Then mix in the egg, milk and vegetable oil until just combined. Be careful not to over mix the batter.
In a small bowl stir together the cinnamon swirl ingredients. Set aside.
Pour half of the batter into a loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the swirl mixture on top. Swirl it into the batter with a knife.
Pour the remaining batter on top and top with the remaining swirl mixture. Swirl it into the batter again with a knife.
Bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
Remove from the oven, let the bread cool for 10 minutes in the pan and then move it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Mix together the glaze topping ingredients and drizzle this mixture over the bread once it has fully cooled at room temperature.
Then the bread is ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftovers at room temperature in an airtight container or bag for up to 5 days.
