Ingredients

Bread
- All Purpose Flour. Spoon the flour into the measuring cup for the most accurate measurements.
- Granulated Sugar. Just plain white granulated sugar.
- Whole Milk. I prefer whole milk and not reduced fat for the richest flavor.
- Vegetable Oil. Helps to make the bread moist.
Cinnamon Swirl
- Sugar and Cinnamon. This simple mixture is so delicious.
Glaze Topping
- Powdered Sugar. Sift the powdered sugar to remove any lumps so the glaze will be smooth.
- Milk. You can use the type of milk you prefer but I use whole milk.

Variations
- Cinnamon Sugar Mixture. You can use brown sugar instead of granulated sugar.
- Vanilla Extract. For a hint of vanilla flavor add vanilla to the glaze.
- Cream Cheese Frosting. Instead of the glaze, try Cream Cheese Glaze.
How to Make Cinnamon Roll Bread

Step 1. While the oven is preheating, prepare the baking pan with cooking spray. Then use a mixing bowl to combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Step 2. Add the egg, milk and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients until just combined. Since you are not using yeast, you don’t need to use warm milk. I like to use my stand mixer with dough hook. Do not overmix the batter.

Step 3. Use a small bowl and combine the cinnamon swirl ingredients. Set aside for later.

Step 4. Pour half of the batter into a loaf pan.

Step 5. Next, sprinkle half of the cinnamon swirl mixture on top. Use a knife to swirl the batter.

Step 6. Finally, pour the remaining batter on top. Add the remaining swirl mixture. Swirl it into the batter again with a knife.

Step 7. Now it’s time to bake the bread. It takes about 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes in the pan and then move it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 8. Combine the glaze ingredients. Once the bread is cool, drizzle all over the bread. Slice and enjoy the bread.
Pro Tips
- Wait to slice the bread until it is completely cool. The bread needs to cool before slicing or it will fall apart.
- Adjust the glaze to preference. You can add more or less milk to achieve the desired consistency of this glaze.
- Evenly distribute the cinnamon mixture. You want it to cover the bread so when swirled it gets into every space.
