Ingredients

  • 4 cups Sliced Peaches fresh or frozen - if using frozen, thaw them first
  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 cans Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls 12.5 ounces each

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 3 quart baking dish or a 9X13 baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together the peach slices, granulated sugar, cornstarch and ground cinnamon.  Then pour this mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Open the packages of cinnamon rolls and set the icing packs aside.  Cut each of the cinnamon rolls into four pieces and place them in an even layer on top of the peach in the baking dish.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil. Bake for 20 minutes.  Remove the foil and then bake for 20-25 more minutes or until the cinnamon rolls are lightly golden brown and the center of the cobbler is set.
  • Remove from the oven.  Let it cool slightly and then drizzle the icing on top.
  • Serve warm with ice cream (optional) and enjoy!

Notes

This cobbler recipe is best served warm but you can refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for 4-5 days.
