- 1 cup butter softened at room temperature
- 4 oz Cream Cheese softened at room temperature
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 15 Oreos crushed coarsely
Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream together the butter, cream cheese and both types of sugars. Once thoroughly combined, add in the egg and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, stir to combine the flour, salt, cornstarch and baking soda.
Then mix the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Stir until the ingredients are just combined. Do not over mix.
Fold in the crushed Oreo Cookies. Roll the cookie dough into approximately 1.5 Tablespoon size balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 12-13 minutes until the edges of the cookies are slightly brown.
Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on the cookie sheet and then move to wire racks to cool completely.
